...a place where the animals come first
At Central Vermont Humane Society, it really is all about the animals. We are here to provide a
helping hand and temporary home for our animal friends in need. Serving the Washington and Orange
County communities of Central Vermont, CVHS is an open door shelter. The mission of CVHS is to ensure
the humane treatment of all domestic animals and to promote the advancement of animal welfare.
